TM The current business situation is extremely dynamic. It is extremely difficult to understand why some start ups are flourishing while established brands, including multinationals which are highly respected are going downhill.

The next gen leadership is extremely tech savvy and very well educated. They are extremely suave, know the latest trends and are very well read. But what might be lacking with this generation, is the depth and width of the earlier generation who would go into nitty-gritties of things, who controlled people, processes and finances with an iron fist. The earlier generation had a burning desire to prove themselves while the next gen got things on a platter and did not probably understand the struggle.
