Neetubala has joined Carelon Global Solutions India as the Director – Talent Management. In her new capacity she will be heading the Talent Management, Learning and Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion functions as their leader. Neetubala will be closely collaborating with the leadership teams to devise and implement talent management strategy for India.
Carelon Global Solutions India is a health services organization providing unparalleled digital solutions and providing operational support to solve complex healthcare challenges. The organization specializes in data and digital solutions, information technology, business operations and Business-Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) and has a strength of 18,000 plus associates across India. Before joining Carelon, Neetubala was associated with TIAA for six years. She established and led the India Talent Management and L&D teams. In addition, she also contributed as a Leadership Coach for global leadership development programmes and managed the delivery head role for learning experience design team (IND), catering to the Global stakeholders.

Neetubala is a certified Coach and has completed a yearlong ICC journey from INSEAD, Paris. She brings a wealth of experience in strategic leadership, HIPOTs management, performance management, analytics, culture assimilation, managerial effectiveness, and leadership coaching to her new role besides the cross border and multicultural experience as an HR Leader. She has won extensive exposure to various cultures in the last decade and thrived in highly competitive matrix environment where she managed multiple stakeholders across geographies. She is certified in multiple Leadership Psychometric assessment tools and has completed certification programmes in leadership essentials from Columbia University and ISB. She is also a certified Emotional Intelligence and Inclusion Coach. She is a member of India-Europe Business Council and contributes as a mentor, specifically focused on developing young women leaders. She is a freelance corporate magazine writer and composes poems too. She urges everyone and the younger generation specifically to never give up despite failures as she believes, “Victory has no deadline, and no one can take away your sunshine!”
Neetubala will be based in Gurugram.
