Universal Sompo General Insurance Company Ltd. appointed Priti Singh as its new Chief People Officer (CPO) with effect from 1st August 2024.
Before joining Universal Sompo, Priti served as the Head of People & Capability at Mastercard for seven years, where she successfully led HR functions across South Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Priti brings a wealth of experience in strategic leadership, talent management, transformation, diversity and inclusion, culture assimilation, and leadership development to her new role.
Priti is a Global HR Leader with ability to achieve Business results through effective management of people processes. Excels in a highly competitive matrix environment where collaboration with stakeholders across geographies and teamwork are critical keys to success.
