Meghna Gupta has joined National Securities Depository Ltd. as Chief Human Resource Officer.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Meghna was associated with Axis Bank as Senior Vice President- Relationship Head.

An HR professional with around 25 years of experience, Megna firmly believes that the true purpose of HR function is to nurture workplace happiness, support employee development, and guide them to achieve their professional goals, Diversity and inclusion in the workplace have been one of her key priorities. During a long stint of 15 years with Axis Bank, she aimed to foster a transparent, people-first work culture rooted in organizational values and aligned with the company’s short-term and long-term goals.
Megna has also worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank, and ICICI Bank.
