Yashwant Bhaid has been associated with the Hexagon Nutrition Limited from last 5 years. Before this promotion he was functioning as the Vice President – Human Resources.

Yashwant Bhaid oversee the HR strategy and operations for the group’s domestic and international businesses, aligning the HR policies and practices with the company’s vision, mission, and values. He has also enhanced the employee experience and engagement across the organization, creating a culture of innovation, learning, and performance.
He has spearheaded HR for leading companies in the automotive, engineering, and fertilizer sectors, such as Hero Motocorp, TATA, and Mahindra and Mahindra, managing HR and ER for large manufacturing plants, offshore design centers, and new business launches.
He is a certified independent director and aspire to contribute to the corporate governance and sustainability.
