Ratna Joshi has joined Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] as Senior General Manager – Human Resources.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Ratna Joshi was associated with Tata Motors as Head HR – Commercial ( PV, EV business including IB). She was with the group for about 3 years.

Ratna has also worked with Reliance Retail, and Shoppers Stop.
