In his new role, he will be leading a team of 30+ HR professionals, spanning over 5K+ employees (including FTE & contractual) across key business functions, 8+ manufacturing plants & zones.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post stating, “I’m excited to start my #new job in FMCG space, as Head of HR, Anmol Industries Ltd. (Anmol Biscuits, Top 5 Brand, in India) !!,”
Before this appointment, Abhijit was associated with Bajaj Allianz as HR head for the east zone for four years.
