Zeeshan Ramlan has joined US-based SaaS business CleverTap. as Global VP and Head – HR Partnering & Operations. He has confirmed this development through a social media post stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Global Vice President & Head – HR Partnering & Operations at CleverTap”.
Before this appointment, Ramlan was associated as Senior Director and Head of HR with CoinSwitch.
Global HR Leader/HR Head with more than 15 Years of experience in various functional areas like HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Engagement, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Talent Acquisition, Zeeshan has developed & executed Engagement and Diversity Strategies. As a leader in Employee Networks and through innovative people programs he managed to retain our top ranking.

He also led change management programs and helped business leaders create an engaged and productive workforce. With strong experience in HR processes and practices, he was involved in end-to-end employee lifecycle management.

He has also worked with Infosys and Intuit.
