Why should organisations focus on culture?

When the timeline for organisational culture is drawn, a big marker on that timeline will indicate the post-COVID phase. Everything that we know about culture is being tested and re-defined as organisations and leaders grapple with the enormity of culture’s influence on talent and business metrics.

Basis conversations with clients across sectors and sizes, the focus on culture can be attributed to the following three factors :

1. The crisis itself : We witnessed one of mankind’s biggest crises with global impact (Covid). Every individual across the world was impacted by this crisis in some shape and form. During the crisis, professionals were keenly watching how their organisation was responding to the crisis at:

a. A societal level : How are they using their resources to support the community in which the organisation operates?
