Indrajit Chatterjee has joined as President Corp. Affairs & Food Ingredient Business of Ankush Enterprises, a fast growing specialty chemicals, food ingredients, and personal care ingredients distribution company focused on Indian and South East Asian markets.
He has confirmed this development to Business Manager.
Before this appointment, Indrajit founded Masflair and practiced as a principal consultant in the field of leadership development for about 4 years.

He has gained expertise in Business Strategy, Organisation Change, and Transformation, Building High-Performance Culture, Business Process Improvement, Organisation Design, Workforce Planning, Leadership and Talent Development, post- M&A integration, TQM and Executive Coaching, etc.
Indrajit has also worked with Keva – Fragrances, Flavours & Aroma Ingredients as EVP & Group CHRO, Nitco as VP& Head HR, and Vodafone among other imminent organisations.
