Devesh Kumar has joined SKH Group as Head HR for its Y-Tec Plant at Ahmedabad.
He has confirmed this development to Business Manager.
Before this appointment, Devesh was associated with India Glycols Limited as Head HR.
Award-winning HR champion with over 20 years of experience in the entire gamut of HR Operations & HR Management right from building HR strategy, Setting up of Greenfield project, Devesh has multiple plants handling exposure, formulation of policies, Talent acquisition, employee life cycle management, organization-capability building, organisation culture building, talent management, HR budgeting, PMS, L&D, compensation & benefits,, Employee Involvement & Engagement activities, Employee Relations Management, Statutory compliances & contract labour Management, Union Negotiations and LTS.
Devesh has also worked with TATA AutoComp, Adient, Magna International, Spicer India, and Endurance Technologies.
