How do you envision Humanising the workplace?

SR Humanising the workplace is about creating an environment of high level of superior-subordinate trust, value employee well-being, meeting their career aspirations and overall job satisfaction, provide flexible work arrangement etc. The senior leadership should have a deeper understanding towards employee engagement, promoting an open communication and feedback system for more productive and positive environment.

This digital change is inevitable so it would be better to involve employees in the change process and keep them well informed. Offer programs which enhances their digital skills so that they do not feel “left-out” and enable themselves to adapt new technologies and use them effectively. Having an assessment of existing skills within the organisation will help to identify the areas where employees can develop new skills that align them with the digital initiatives.
