Hitachi Energy India has appointed Neha Ahluwalia as Head of Human Resources.
Prior to this appointment, Neha Ahluwalia has worked with ABB for more than 15 years in different positions and recently as Global HRBP – Robotics and Automation.

With around 18 years of professional experience and a HR professional with Global Regional and Local Experience at Leadership level, Neha also has experience in all Facets of HR – COE, HRBP and Shared Services across geographies. She has strong experience in leading large transformational change management projects and project management experience from conceptualizing to execution.
Neha also worked with HCL Technologies as HR Business Partner and Sierra Atlantic.
