SC HR department in any organisation is a key player as it is the bridge between employees and the organisation. However, change management process is a strategic organisational decision, meaning it has to be believed and followed by top management trickling down the organisational hierarchy. Only depending on HR to be the change catalyst is a red flag right from inception. Change comes when every leader in the organisation has been involved, has signed up for and believes in the change.
