Kiran Prasad Ivaturi has joined Lodha Ventures as Group Chief Human Resource Officer.

Prior to joining Lodha Ventures, Kiran Prasad was associated with Sesa Care as Chief Human Resource Officer for about five years.
Kiran is a passionate HR professional, who enjoys creating value for the business enterprise along with challenging, enriching and fulfilling careers for employees and building and sustaining cultures that sets the organisation on positive trajectory of success.

With having 20 + years of experience in handling gamut of HR roles into HR Strategy and Business partnering, Kiran gained expertise in HR Business Partnering, OD, Talent strategy & Management, Talent acquisition, Employee Engagement, Rewards and HR Operations. He has worked across sectors – FMCG, Pharma & Telecom, with an ability to deliver within fast paced environments demanding strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Kiran has also worked with Atria Convergence Technologies, Glaxo Smithkline (GSK), Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Marico Ltd. and BHEL.
