Satyajit Mohanty joins Dabur as CHRO

Satyajit Mohanty has joined Dabur as Chief Human Resources Officer.

He has confirmed this development through a social media post.

Prior to this appointment, Satyajit Mohanty was associated with Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited as CHRO and Vice-President – HR for about 9 years.

Satyajit Mohanty Das is passionate HR practitioner with 26 years of domain experience at strategic and operational level in virtually all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations (IR), talent and performance management, development & rewards, M&A and organisation transformation.

He is also passionate about innovation and digital transformation in Human Resource.

A graduate from XLRI, the premier B-School for HR in India, he has worked extensively in HR transformation initiatives at regional and global levels in Asia, Europe and LatAm in organisations such as Coca-Cola, and Nestle.

Satyajit Mohanty has also worked with Max Bupa, ITC Limited and VIP Industries Limited.
