DR The future of work in the context of AI adoption looks very promising, revolutionising and transformative. It is definitely going to bring significant changes in recruitment, employee management, training and development (even the personalised ones based on the skill gaps and aspirations), employee experience, compliances and overall HR operations. We all have just witnessed how Metaverse/AR/VR is/was used during the covid crisis for employee induction process by giving a complete virtual tour of the company thereby enhancing the employee experience exponentially.

Today the Talent acquisition teams invest/spend so much time in onboarding a candidate. This process sounds simple but starting from sourcing the resume, screening them, arranging interview rounds and offering the candidate takes huge efforts and time.
