Shruti Sharma has been elevated to the position of HR Head of Tata Capital, the Tata Group’s flagship financial services subsidiary. In a social media post, she has confirmed this development.Earlier she was holding the position of Senior Vice President- HR. She joined the company in 2007 as Assistant Vice President.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head HR – SME, Corporate & Cleantech Finance, Wealth Management, Securities & Private Equity at Tata Capital!,” she wrote on LinkedIn.

In her new position, she will be responsible for overseeing the HR services for the B2B, wealth, PE, and securities business units.
Shruti gained expertise in strategic thinking and analytical competencies to deal with employees taking proactive actions to mitigate risks.
With about 21 years of rich professional experience,Shruti has also worked with with Exide Life Insurance, Idea Cellular, Repro India, and Essar Group.
