While employee wellness is getting priority in Organisations, bullying as its counter is also prevalent. How do you define these two aspects and its presence in work culture?

SG The idea of ‘wellness’ in organisations can be completely oblivious without careful attention to the well-being of individual employees. Rather than thinking about ‘organisational wellness,’ a more pertinent mantra may be ‘wellness in organisations.’
One way wellness can be brought about is by careful examination of routine organisational practices and having ear to the ground. The way towards wellness in organisations lies with the observation and acceptance of subtle changes in behaviour and patterns of employees, policies, and processes.

The two aspects of Employee Wellness and Bullying somehow have critical impact on the overall culture of the organisation. Employee wellness, which is in vogue post pandemic is always crucial for business health.
