Adithiya Venkataraman has joined Hinduja Renewables as Chief Human Resource Officer.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment Adithiya was associated with Ashok Leyland for more than six years in different positions and recently as AGM compensation and benefits Talent Acquisition.

Adithiya has gained wide experience and exposure in HR Business Partnering at Ashok Leyland.
He had been Business Partner HR for Operations which includes 9 factories and other support functions covering around 1500 employees. He is also exposed to Industrial Relations.
With a background of engineering and MBA Adithiya has worked with consultative approach with the business to ensure right talent at right place and time within right budget
Adithiya has also worked with Aditya Birla Group.
