Majid Ali khan has joined Alorica, a global player in next-generation customer experience (CX) solutions, as director of HR and head of talent acquisition (TA).
Majid will be responsible to grow the company in the India region by catering to all the talent-related needs of the organisation through internal mobility as well as talent attraction and acquisition from the market across all levels.
Prior to this appointment, Majid was associated with InfoCepts as Global Head- Talent Acquisition.

A Certified HR professional with 19 years of broad-based & progressively responsible experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources into Banking & Financial Services, Data & Analytics, Information Technology and ITES industry, Majid possess thorough understanding of target companies and market intelligence.
He has gained vast exposure in transformation, automation, process improvement, implementing contemporary tools & techniques, employee engagement, workplace policies and vendor management. Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
MBA from Pune University, Majid has also worked with Mphasis Limited, Aditya Birla Group (Minacs Ltd.), Religare, CAPITA, Hewlett-Packard/ formerly EDS, Tata BSSL.
