Coaching approach to navigate through business complexity and uncertainty

We are in the age of rapid multiple changes impacting life and businesses all over the world. The acronym VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) has been and still in use to describe technological and cultural changes and their impact on the daily lives of people and business organisations. In fact, this term has been used to create meaning keeping in view the uncertainties in a world of constant change, and increasing thrust on interconnected digital world. The situation became more complex with the impact of corona pandemic which made VUCA descriptor insufficient to describe emerging anxieties and threats of the situation. The world moved from volatility and complexities to a chaos and a new acronym BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear and Incomprehensible) coined by Futurologist, Jamais Cascio as a model focused on helping business leaders to manage situations that are chaotic and develop a way to effectively manage situation to suit their business.
