Amit Kejriwal has been roped in by Reliance Nippon Life Insurance as Head of Performance and Rewards in Human Resources function, effective 30th of Dec’22.
Kejriwal comes up with more than 16 years of experience in various roles in HR – Talent Acquisition, HR business partnering, Rewards – in diverse sectors with profound companies like HDFC Bank, Reliance Digital Retail, and Indus Towers.

He is an alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur (2009 HR batch). He has graduated from St. Xavier’s College in Ranchi with degree in computer applications.
The Economic Times HR team awarded him as Top 40 Under 40 HR Emerging Leaders in 2022. He was also a member of Elite HDFC Bank CEO club.
