Dalmia Biz appoints Nitin Khindria Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
Prior to this appointment Nitin was associated with Balaji Action Buildwell Action Tesa as General manager-HR for three years.

Nitin is Seasoned HR professional with over 2 decades of experience in Corporate and Manufacturing Plant with 15000 + manpower to ensure learning, growth and sustainability. Led team of 70 direct and indirect team members. Rich Experience in handling people issues in multiple units and locations.
During his career he has been involved in organisation restructuring and design – aligning HR and its policies, practices and initiatives with organisation vision and business objective. His expertise lies in strengthening HR department – adopting technology, employee retention and engagement (blue and white collar), capability building.
Nitin has also worked with Nahar Industrial Enterprises, Sonalika Tractors, and Mahindra and Mahindra among others.
