Biorad Medisys, a medical device manufacturing company, has appointed Indranil Sen as Group Head – Human Resources, Administration and Employee Development Programme. Sen will be based in Pune (Maharashtra) and reporting to MD of the company.
Prior to joining Biorad Medisys, Sen was associated as Associate Vice President – People and Culture with Jumio for a very short stint.

With about 16 years of experience in the HR function, Sen has also worked as HR Head at Wiggles.in; General Manager – Experience Transformation Projects at Lenskart; General Manager – Global Enterprise Projects at Whirlpool; AVP – Global CoE & People Capability at Sutherland; Head – Corporate Shared Services at Fortis Healthcare; Head – Strategic Projects & HR CoE at IBM Daksh; and Senior Manager – Workforce Management at Vertex Customer Service India.
