Kerala High Court in M.S. Anil vs. M/s. HIL (India) Ltd. W.P. No. 1034/2021,on December 5, 2022 taking cognisance of the convenience of the pensioner allowed the petitioner to file writ petition against its employer holding that convenience of the pensioner has to be looked into and not of its employer.
