Rajesh Srivastav has joined Welspun Group as President & Chief Human Resource Officer.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Rajesh was associated with Capital Foods as CHRO for about three and half years.

Rajesh calls himself as life-long learner, a student of psychology and a practicing human resource professional. He has spent a large part of his career with one of the most reputed conglomerates – the Aditya Birla Group where he worked across multiple roles and sectors Line HR and Corporate HR, Services as well as Manufacturing sectors. This brought in its unique dimension of establishing institutions, systems and processes from scratch and experience a sense of fulfilment in seeing it mature and evolve.
Rajesh key areas of expertise are in the areas of Organization Design, Capability Building, Talent Development, Change Management and Organization Restructuring. He has also played a key role in institutionalizing Job Evaluation at ABG and in building learning academies for meeting business requirements. Have learned a lot while handing large mergers and acquisitions assignments.
Rajesh has also worked with Aditya Birla Group and Birla Sun Life.
