To retain talent, focus on leadership training
Organisations need to re-orient themselves with the values of empathy, care and support & with competencies related to leadership training, coaching and up-skilling as well as designing of meaningful work to ensure talent retention.

Talent retention in post pandemic world assumes different dimensions. Globally, people are looking for growth opportunities coupled with support for well-being. There may also be a clear disconnect between why employers think their employees are leaving and the actual reasons behind employee turnover.
