Manika Awasthi has been elevated to the position of Vice President HR at IndiGo. She has confirmed this development through a social media post. Manika has been working with IndiGo since last seven years.
Prior to this promotion Manika was designated as associate VP-HR.
With more than 22 years of experience across several domains in Human Resources in a global and local context spanning Business Unit Level HR partnership, Setting up and running HR Shared Service Centers’ (for employee life cycle processes, policies and compliance), Talent Management (Performance Management, Succession Planning Career Mentoring, Competency Framework, Leadership Development, Capability Development) and Corporate level HR Manika has been exposed to entire gamut of HR Function.

She has successfully driven gender diversity agenda and ensured that organizations continue to grow and invest in their women workforce.
Manika is also recipient of the Women’s Leadership Achievement Award 2016 by the World Women’s Leadership Congress along with Leadership award for HR at the HR intellect conference organized by CE worldwide.
