Parag Lokhande has joined Kotak Securities as Executive Vice President.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Parag Lokhande was associated with Bajaj Finserv as Head – Service analytics for about 5.3 years.
Parag Lokhande is an experienced Insurance Professional with around 19 years of experience working in different functions. He has rich and diverse experience in areas of strategy, analytics, U/W, distribution management, Product management, business transformation and IT enablement.

Parag is an AVP with a leading insurance firm heading Analytics along with additional responsibility of cross sell and Rural business. He is responsible for developing and executing business strategy and operation improvement projects for company. His work also involves developing new ideas /engagement campaign to increase penetration among existing customers. Under Rural he is responsible for developing new products, adding new distribution partners and developing micro insurance strategy for company.
Prior to this, he has worked in IT where he was involved in process transformation, BPR and project management. He is a fellow in insurance from LOMA (USA) and has a green belt in Six sigma
He has managed teams and handled projects involving multiple departments.
He has received several awards for various projects executed in ICICI prudential and AEGON Religare.
He has also worked with PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd., AEGON Religare Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential and Bristlecone.
