You have carved a niche in HR OB research and development as well as in teaching, training, consulting and the list is long. I am really amazed to know that you are dealing high demanding job, writing world class Harvard cases and doing research while also studying for MIT course, trying to optimise domestic responsibilities too, this is really tough, how do you manage everything?

JB Thank you for asking this question. Managing the pulls and pushes of professional and personal life is all about ‘Balance’. Making an impact is important for me. Being grounded helps in embracing realities.

I do not waste time procrastinating, I am proactive and try to juggle all hats with time slotting, prioritizing things where Institutional work comes to the fore and rest goes in multiple activities devoted to family, health, hobbies and so on. I have learnt the art of saying No, when, it is not possible.
