More often we assume that industry experience is true experience through surveys, but employee experience changes basis the nature of organisation and nature of business. Expectations from HR has changed significantly.

How do you understand employee experience and why it has gained so much importance in present time?

DK We all are conscious that employee experience has been always key of any organisation’s success, and irrespective of present time, all great organisations have always focused on this.
In order to understand employee experience, we should always focus on two things. 1. Provide the tools to employees first to experience. 2. Frequently check with employees whether tool is waged for them or not? Best way to understand the user experience is to know what employee does, what is his/her pain areas, don’t assume as leader what do you feel is only his or her experience. I as HR head always provide free platform to employee through communication channels, reaches out to all of them every month where agenda will not be decided, they can talk about any subject, any good feedback, any challenges they are going through.
