Ina Bajwa has joined Landmark Group as Group Head of Talent and Engagement, where she will be responsible to build and implement an integrated talent strategy for the Retail Group across all concepts and multiple global territories, and focus on linking talent to business outcomes and Build CEO and Executive Succession for all brands & territory CEOs for global markets over time including accelerating the readiness of the leadership bench and grow talent for engagement and performance.

Before this appointment Ina was associated with Tata Digital as Chief Talent Officer and held key HR leadership roles within the Tata Group for over a decade.
As a seasoned HR leader with 21+ years of multi-industry experience (consumer technology, B2B technology, consulting, banking, and core infrastructure) in companies at different stages of growth (early-stage, accelerated growth and mature) in multi-cultural environments (Global, Indian, British, American) and diverse go-to-market models (B2C, B2B, e-commerce), Ina specializes in aligning people strategy with business priorities, enhancing productivity, and fostering high-performance teams – making people and a winning culture – the competitive advantage for the company.
She has also worked with global organizations such as HSBC and Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
